Suncrest Beach parking and storage rules
The Suncrest beach parking and storage area is an amenity for the homeowners and their guests. Please abide by the following rules.

The beach parking lot is for daily beach parking for cars. In addition, the following may be stored at the Beach Parking Lot:
Motor boats and boat trailers
Watercraft (fishing boats, Kodiak type boats, waverunners) on their trailers

Intended Use of the Parking Lot during prime season:
The use of the Parking Lot is for Suncrest residents and guests’ day-use parking for passenger vehicles and actively used boat trailers. Cars can circle down to the beach and drop off people and supplies, then park in the lot for the time that you are at the beach that day. Actively used boat trailers can only be parked on the designated side of the lot; approximately 15 parking spaces. There are no cameras in the parking lot area.
Those using the parking lot assume all risk and liability.
The Beach Parking Lot IS NOT to be used for extra cars, business trailers, RVs of any size. Vehicles left may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
No Extended Storage for prime Season:
Although members have an easement to access the beach property, that there is no “entitlement” to park or store personal items on HOA property. The HOA sets rules for using the parking area to manage it as an amenity to fairly benefit all members. No extended storage of passenger vehicles, motor homes, camper trailers, utility trailers and golf carts will be permitted at the beach parking lot for the Prime Season. Cars that are left at the beach overnight during the prime summer season without approval may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Reserved Item Overnight Storage During prime season Only with HOA Permission:
Because there is no overnight street parking, overnight parking of guest vehicles is a temporary exception for parking at the beach. It requires permission from the HOA along with providing the license plate number, owner contact information, and expected dates. Permission from the HOA is also required for brief overnight storage of items the CC&Rs prohibit from unscreened storage on member’s lots.
STORAGE OF BOARDS, canoes & KAYAKS during prime season:
Stand up paddle boards & kayaks can be stored at the beach during the prime summer season.
Canoes and kayaks are to be stored on the wooden racks and paddleboards on the metal rack.
Items require an orange numbered Suncrest sticker. To obtain a sticker please go to the Homeowner Information page and download and submit the Parking Lot and Beach Storage Stickers form.
